Happy Homemaker Monday

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Mine was a very fun one: a wedding and a birthday party! We are all exhausted! But they were both great! Here I am to join in another Happy Homemaker Monday from Sandra's blog, http://familycorner.blogspot.pt .

Breakfast time....what is on the plate this morning::::
Homemade cookies and milk.


On today's to do list::::
Change the bed linens.
Do Laundry, hang on clothesline, let dry, fold, put away and iron and put away.
Sweep and mop the house.
Cook
Gardening
Maybe bake a cake if I have the time and energy for it! Lol

The weather outside is::::
Wonderful. Sunny. I think The real Summer weather is starting here now! Better late than never.

On the menu this week::::
Monday - Roasted veal with mashed potatoes.

Tuesday - Grilled chicken with rice and salad.
Wednesday - Lasagna and salad.
Thursday - Vegetable soup and sandwiches
Friday - Homemade pizza
Saturday - Bifanas in the bread with fries.
Sunday - Eating out with the family



If I have a few minutes to myself, I will::::

Bake a cake.

New recipe I tried, or want to try this week::::

Pear pie. Didn't get to try it last week.


In the garden::::
Water everything.

Batch of homemade cookies, made them with my toddler!





Last Friday's pizza.


Regueifa doce. It's a Portuguese sweet bread. Very good indeed.
